v.
CC-PALO ALTO, INC., a Delaware corporation; CLASSIC RESIDENCE
MANAGEMENT LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, an Illinois limited partnership; and
CC-DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation,
Defendants.
The case alleges that substantial funds paid to the defendants by
the plaintiffs in return for contractual commitments were improperly
transferred to an affiliated corporation and that the remaining funds
were no longer available to meet the contractual promises,
particularly certain refund obligations. By this allegedly improper action
plaintiffs assert that a
group of vulnerable senior citizens have been deprived of their
security and much of their lifetime savings have been placed at
risk.
